Madison Avenue Insurance Group has a specialized program for Farmers Insurance Agents to place their commercial insurance risks that don’t qualify for Farmers, into outside markets without putting their contracts in jeopardy.

AGENT OPTION #1
For agents new to commercial insurance or those that do not have the staffing to write commercial insurance, we can contact clients on their behalf to obtain all necessary information to procure a quote. Additionally, we can present their client. Agents are responsible for service work and obtaining renewal information. This arrangement pays agents a 50% split commission.

AGENT OPTION #2
For seasoned commercial agents who are looking to place business with our direct markets or use our multitude of resources we offer either 10% commission for direct markets or 50% split on brokered business. These agents have 100% of the contact with their clients.

Bank Owned Master Policies and Forced Placed Insurance Written on a reporting basis. $1MM per location binding authority. Residential & Commercial risks qualify. “A” Rated Carrier.

Commercial Earthquake- Qualifying Properties are 1973 and newer. $2500 Minimum premium. Easy quick quote form, 24 hour turn around time. “A” Rated Carrier

Apartment Buildings (1940’s and 50’s)- Values $5MM per Location Max, Mixed Use Okay, 4 Story Maximum. “A” Rated Carrier Cargo Monoline Trucking Cargo Coverage, “A” Rated Carrier
