Property Manager “Master Policy Insurance Program”
Property Manager Master policies offer; 1 agent, 1 bill, 1 underwriter and 1 claims person for the entire portfolio. Minimum Premium for Property Manager Program is $250k. “A Rated Standard Market Carrier”. Available in WA, OR, UT, CO and AZ.
Earthquake Insurance
Due to our recent, but small earthquake in Washington, we have had many calls to obtain commercial earthquake coverage. With this influx of business we have been able to obtain a direct appointment with one of the top “A” rated carriers. We are extremely excited about this opportunity because it means we can now offer this coverage at a lesser cost.
There are many carriers no longer writing earthquake insurance. Should your area have a mid to large size earthquake, it is very likely that building owners will not be able to procure this coverage or the pricing will increase substantially. There are areas in Seattle now that are currently blocked from obtaining coverage.
